Voucher Terms and Conditions of Sale<\/h2>\r\n

  1. Voucher Validity<\/b><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\nHeli Air vouchers shall be valid until the \u2018expires\u2019 date on the front of the Voucher, and must be booked and utilised within that time period.\r\n
      \r\n \t
    1. Weather<\/b><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\nShould your booking need to be cancelled by Heli Air due to unsuitable weather conditions, Heli Air will inform you as soon as we can. We will endeavour to re-schedule your booking at no extra cost if we were forced to cancel your experience due to adverse weather conditions.\r\n
        \r\n \t
      1. Refunds<\/b><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\nRefunds are only applicable if the flight is cancelled by Heli Air due to adverse weather and Heli Air is unable to reschedule the flight for another date, or if Heli Air cancels the flight for operational or technical reasons. Should the customer cancel for any reason or not attend their booking for any reason, no refund shall be made.\r\n
          \r\n \t
        1. Age<\/b><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\nPleasure flight passengers must be at least 4 years of age at the time of the flight. Any person under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a fare paying adult relative or guardian at all times, including on board the helicopter. Vouchers will need to be purchased for any accompanying adult on board the helicopter.\r\n
            \r\n \t
          1. Weight<\/b><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\nPleasure flight passengers or training flight passengers must weight no more than 18st at the time of the flight or lesson. We will do our best to cater for people above 18st, however we cannot guarantee that this will be a possibility all of the time.\r\n
              \r\n \t
            1. Alcohol & Drugs<\/b><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\nCustomers under the influence of alcohol and \/ or drugs or prohibited substances are not permitted to take part in a flight or lesson with Heli Air. Heli Air reserves the right to refuse flights and \/ or lessons to those whom it suspects to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or prohibited substances.\r\n\r\nUnruly, unsafe or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances.\r\n\r\nIf you are refused to fly with Heli Air due to suspicion of\u00a0 being under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or prohibited substances, or due to unacceptable behaviour described above, then your flight will be cancelled and no refund shall be due. You will not be given the chance to rebook the flight. In all cases the Captain\u2019s decision is final and shall not be disputed.\r\n
                \r\n \t
              1. Bookings for Customers with a Disability<\/b><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\nAny passengers with a disability shall be required to have a fare paying carer with them at all times, including on board the helicopter.\r\n\r\nRestrictions may apply depending on the individual, please contact Heli Air prior to booking the flight to inform us of your specific situation so that if needed an individual assessment can be made as to if and how the flight can proceed.\r\n

                1. Refreshments<\/b><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\nNo refreshments (e.g. food or drink) may be taken on board the helicopter at any time.\r\n
                    \r\n \t
                  1. Baggage<\/b><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\nFor security and weight purposes it is likely that you will be asked to leave any baggage behind whilst you undertake your flight. These will be available for collection once your flight has completed.\r\n
                      \r\n \t
                    1. Accompanying Spectators<\/b><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\nDue to safety, security and limited space, Heli Air cannot guarantee that accompanying non paying spectators can be accommodated at the Heli Air facilities. Customers are advised to limit any potential spectators to 1 and expect that they may be advised to go to the airfield Caf\u00e9 or central airfield reception whilst waiting for the flight to be completed.<\/blockquote>\r\n Cancellation Policy\r\n<\/strong>Vouchers purchased are non refundable after 14 days following purchase. If weather or technical issues cause a flight to delayed, Heli Air will rebook the experience at a later date.
